What will you do as a Sales Support at our IES Communications' Folsom Branch?
Our Sales Operations Support Specialist in Folsom is responsible for receiving and processing warranty requests, saving documents in the IES drive, monitoring manufacturer and vendor websites for updates, maintaining information on rebate dollars and coupon management, and providing labeling services for the Tempe branch. They must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and assist the Tempe branch with customer requests and Excel spreadsheets. Our Sales Support Specialist in Folsom is responsible for maintaining pre-qualification statements, organizing and maintaining prequal folders, assisting the sales team with RFPs/RFQs and customer proposals, and enforcing company policies and safety requirements. They also assist with vendor/customer/subcontractor setup, maintaining project folders, updating proposal bid documents, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
