At IES in Iowa, our Sales Operations Support Specialists and Sales Support Specialists play crucial roles in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. The Sales Operations Support Specialist is tasked with handling incoming webmail warranty requests, processing warranties on manufacturer websites, and meticulously saving documents on the IES drive while becoming proficient in various manufacturers' warranty registration processes. This role also involves self-managing workload distribution, staying informed about updates from manufacturers and vendors, managing rebate dollars and coupon management efficiently, and providing detailed monthly and quarterly reviews to ensure smooth operation within our branches, particularly offering support to our Tempe branch as needed. On the other hand, our Sales Support Specialist focuses on ensuring all pre-qualification statements are accurately completed and maintained, setting up new vendor/customer/subcontractor relationships, assisting the sales team with RFP’s/RFQ’s preparations, and keeping all proposal-related documents current and compliant with our brand guidelines. Both positions require a high level of organization, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism to support our teams effectively across Iowa.
