Our commitment to developing our employees leads to excellence in delivery and quality.

Quality personnel, many of which are BICSI certified, will visit our job sites to audit the work performed. This occurs at different stages of the project. Their goal is to ensure IES standards, which exceed industry standards, are consistent throughout the project. At the end of the project, punch lists are virtually non-existent, since the audit addresses the majority of the pending tasks.
