Our Sales Operations Support Specialists expertly handle incoming webmail warranty requests, diligently process these warranties on manufacturer websites, and meticulously save crucial documents on the IES drive, all while becoming adept with each manufacturer's warranty registration processes. They're tasked with self-managing their workload distribution, staying informed on updates from manufacturers and vendors, and maintaining detailed records on manufacturer rebate dollars, among other responsibilities. Meanwhile, our Sales Support Specialists focus on ensuring the completion and submission of pre-qualification statements, organizing Prequal Folders to comply with company Brand Guidelines, and assisting our sales team with RFPs/RFQs preparation. Their role also extends to maintaining up-to-date proposal bid documents and assisting with PowerPoint presentations, embodying our commitment to excellence and attention to detail across our branches in Texas.
