At IES in North Carolina, our Sales Operations Support Specialists play a crucial role by efficiently handling incoming webmail warranty requests and meticulously processing these warranties on manufacturer websites. They are tasked with the vital responsibility of saving documents on the IES drive, becoming adept with each manufacturer's warranty registration process, self-managing their workload distribution, staying informed about updates from manufacturers and vendors, managing rebate dollars, running revenue reviews, providing labeling services for our Tempe branch, and ensuring confidentiality and efficiency in all tasks. Meanwhile, our Sales Support Specialists focus on completing and submitting pre-qualification statements, organizing Prequal Folders to ensure compliance with our brand guidelines, setting up new vendor/customer/subcontractor profiles, assisting our sales team with RFPs/RFQs, maintaining our contractor's licenses per state, updating proposal bid documents, and creating impactful PowerPoint presentations. Both roles are essential in supporting our branches across North Carolina, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and teamwork in every task they undertake.
