Our Sales Operations Support Specialists adeptly handle incoming webmail warranty requests, meticulously process these warranties on manufacturer websites, and diligently maintain crucial documents within the IES drive. They're tasked with mastering various manufacturer warranty processes, managing their workloads efficiently, and staying ahead of updates from manufacturers and vendors—all while providing essential support to our Tempe branch through labeling services and customer submittal requests. Meanwhile, our Sales Support Specialists focus on streamlining pre-qualification procedures, maintaining up-to-date vendor relationships, and supporting our sales team with RFPs/RFQs preparation, among other responsibilities. Together, they play a pivotal role in keeping our projects moving smoothly, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, and fostering strong client relations—ultimately contributing to the success and integrity of IES across all fronts.
