Our Sales Operations Support Specialists are tasked with handling incoming webmail warranty requests, processing these warranties through manufacturer websites, and ensuring all documents are meticulously saved on the IES drive. They're also responsible for staying up-to-date with manufacturer and vendor updates, managing rebate dollars, and providing crucial support to our Tempe branch, including labeling services and assistance with customer submittal requests. On the other hand, our Sales Support Specialists focus on streamlining pre-qualification processes, organizing vital sales documents in compliance with brand guidelines, and supporting the sales team with RFPs/RFQs preparation.
