What will you do as a Sales Support at our IES Communications' Las Vegas Branch?
As our employees in Las Vegas, the Sales Operations Support Specialist is responsible for receiving and processing warranty requests through webmail. They must be knowledgeable about each manufacturer's warranty registration process and procedure and save related documents in the IES drive. Additionally, they monitor manufacturer and vendor websites for updates, maintain information on rebate dollars and coupon management, and run revenue reviews and project visibility reports. They also provide labeling services for the Tempe branch and assist with customer submittal requests and Excel spreadsheets. The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements, organizing and maintaining prequal folders, and setting up new vendors, customers, and subcontractors. They assist the sales team with RFPs and RFQs, opening Web IDs, and compiling information for job openings. They also maintain the IES Contractor's License per state, update proposal bid documents, and assist with PowerPoint presentations. They enforce company policies, procedures, and job safety requirements.
