What will you do as a Sales Support at our IES Communications' Henderson Branch?
Our branch in Henderson is currently seeking individuals to fill the roles of Sales Operations Support Specialist and Sales Support Specialist. The Sales Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for receiving incoming webmail warranty requests, processing warranties in the manufacturer website, and saving documents in the IES drive. They will also need to become familiar with each manufacturer warranty registration process, monitor manufacturer and vendor websites for updates, and maintain organized information on manufacturer rebate dollars and coupon management. Additionally, they will provide labeling services for the Tempe branch and assist with customer submittal requests. The Sales Support Specialist, on the other hand, will be responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements, organizing and maintaining prequal folders, and assisting the sales team with RFPs and customer proposal responses. They will also help in opening Web IDs, compiling information for opening jobs, and maintaining project experience and reference folders. Other responsibilities for both positions may be assigned as needed.
