The Sales Operations Support Specialist in San Francisco is responsible for receiving and processing incoming webmail warranty requests, as well as saving documents in the IES drive. They must become familiar with each manufacturer warranty registration process and procedure, self-manage their workload distribution, and monitor manufacturer and vendor websites for updates and pipeline management. Additionally, they maintain organized information on manufacturer rebate dollars and coupon management, run revenue reviews and project visibility reports, and provide labeling services for the Tempe branch. The Sales Support Specialist in San Francisco is responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements, organizing and maintaining prequal folders, and assisting the sales team with RFPs/RFQs and customer proposal responses. They also assist in opening Web IDs, compiling information for opening jobs, and maintaining the IES Contractor's License per state on RFP templates. Additionally, they assist in maintaining project experience, project highlights, and project reference folders, updating proposal bid documents, and enforcing company policies, standard operating procedures, and job safety requirements.
