What will you do as a Data Center Technician at our IES Communications' Tempe Branch?
At our Tempe branch, our Data Center Technicians across Levels I, II, and III, along with our Lead Data Center Technician, form the backbone of our operations. They ensure the seamless execution of data center moves, adds, changes (MACs), and deletions (MACDs) with a keen focus on hardware installation, power and network connectivity, asset management, and smart-hands assistance within specified service level agreement (SLA) response times. Our team is committed to maintaining a secure and efficient operating environment, adhering strictly to site security protocols, data protection procedures, and thorough documentation practices. By leveraging their deep understanding of server and network hardware/components, infrastructure installation, and data center management tools, they provide critical support in equipment/material handling, vendor and security escorts, general cleaning, and emergency operations, ensuring our data center's optimal performance, capacity utilization, and compliance with industry standards.
