What will you do as a Network Administrator at our IES Communications' Tempe Branch?

As a Junior Network Administrator in our Tempe branch, your duties will include installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. You will assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users and provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution. Additionally, you will identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems, perform diagnostics of network issues, and provide support to the IT team. You will also provide remote IT support using remote control software and support various hardware, including Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, and Cisco network equipment. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed. As a Senior Network Administrator, you will ensure that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed while performing similar duties as the Junior Network Administrator.
