The Junior Network Administrator focuses on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, networks, and related hardware/software, alongside providing crucial first and second level support to end users. They work closely with IT Technicians in preparing devices for users, troubleshooting network issues, and offering remote IT support using state-of-the-art software, covering a range of hardware including Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops/laptops, and HP printers.

On the other hand, the Senior Network Administrator carries the responsibility of upholding company standards and procedures, while also engaging in similar tasks such as installing, configuring, and maintaining network systems.
