In North Carolina, our Data Center Technicians at Levels I, II, and III play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of data centers through meticulous execution of MACs (Moves/Adds/Changes), hardware support, asset management, and ensuring strict adherence to security protocols. They provide essential smart-hands assistance across various sites, uphold safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in documentation and processes within specified SLA response times, with on-call duties as necessary.

Our Lead Data Center Technician coordinates all scheduled activities, implements comprehensive asset auditing, and ensures compliance with industry best practices and certifications such as ISO 27001 / 9001 and TIA/EIA-942. This role is pivotal in maintaining a secure and efficient operating environment, troubleshooting, and leading initiatives for data center expansion, migration, and decommissioning plans, thereby upholding our commitment to service excellence and reliability in North Carolina's dynamic tech landscape.
