These positions involve a wide range of responsibilities from executing all scheduled data center moves/adds/changes (MACs), hardware installations, asset management, and ensuring compliance with site security protocols to providing smart-hands assistance across various sites within specified SLA response times. Our team members in these roles are also responsible for detailed documentation, maintaining a safe operating environment, coordinating equipment/material handling, and supporting both standard and emergency operating procedures, ensuring our data center's service availability, performance, and capacity utilization meet the highest standards.
