What will you do as a Data Center Technician at our IES Communications' Scottsdale Branch?
At our Scottsdale branch, we're proud to have a dedicated team of Data Center Technicians across various levels, each playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our data center operations. Our Level I and II technicians are the backbone of daily activities, ensuring all scheduled Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs) are executed flawlessly, with a keen focus on hardware installation, asset management, and maintaining stringent security protocols. They also provide invaluable smart-hands assistance across multiple sites, adhering to specified SLA response times, which may include on-call duties. Moving up, our Level III technicians bring advanced knowledge to the table, not only supporting MACDs but also contributing to process improvements and coordinating equipment/material logistics, embodying our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. At the helm, our Lead Data Center Technician coordinates all scheduled MACs, oversees asset auditing, and ensures compliance with industry standards, including ISO 27001 / 9001 and TIA/EIA-942 certifications, reinforcing our dedication to providing secure and efficient data center services.
