These professionals are tasked with setting up and maintaining basic network operations, including the assembly of network hardware, to support the rest of the IT team and all employees at IES. They provide crucial first and second level telephone support, resolving any technical issues that arise, while also installing and testing necessary software and hardware. Our supported hardware encompasses a wide range, from Dell and Cisco servers to Lenovo laptops, HP printers, and various copiers, ensuring a diverse technological environment.
