These positions involve setting up and maintaining basic network operations, assembling network hardware, supporting a wide range of devices including Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops, laptops, HP printers, and various copiers, as well as managing Cisco network and VOIP phone systems. Our team provides crucial first and second level telephone support, resolves technical issues by carefully listening to or reading client problems, ensures the security and efficiency of network resources, and maintains strict privacy policies. Additionally, they play a key role in monitoring system backups, ensuring all company communication systems are operational, and occasionally traveling to support remote sites, with the capability to provide after-hours remote support as needed.
