What will you do as a Site Manager at our IES Communications' Surprise Branch?
Our branch in Surprise is currently seeking employees for the positions of Site Manager. As a Site Manager, your primary responsibilities will include recruiting, hiring, training, and managing project-related staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. You will review performance ratings, promotions, and pay changes recommended by subordinate Project Managers, providing guidance and mentoring to meet customer and company goals.
