Working closely with the project manager, they adhere to the migration schedule and ensure accurate and thorough collection of end-user data. They lead kick-off meetings with locations, explaining the data collection and requirements process. Onsite, they assess physical locations, collect data for the site survey document, and update the company's web-based site survey tool. They gather wiring information, network device configurations, and circuit details, including identifying analog lines that require ATA or VGs. They review and modify submitted spreadsheets, ensuring all necessary information is included. They serve as the point person for the onsite project manager, ensuring timely completion and up-to-date files for end-user data. Additionally, they are responsible for reviewing site surveys gathered by others and collecting any additional data needed for proper provisioning. They actively participate in all project phases, including site surveys, pre-migration work, and migrations, and fulfill any other assigned responsibilities.
