At our Surprise branch, our dedicated Helpdesk Administrator and Lead Helpdesk Administrator play pivotal roles in ensuring the smooth operation of IES's IT infrastructure. They are tasked with setting up and maintaining basic network operations, including hardware assembly, and providing unwavering support to the rest of the IT team and all employees. Their responsibilities encompass device setup, offering first and second level telephone support, installing and testing software and hardware, and managing a range of equipment from Dell and Cisco servers to HP printers. They're also on the front lines for troubleshooting, upgrading network printing and security settings, improving support processes, and responding to user inquiries about network access. Adhering to strict privacy policies, conducting regular database maintenance, and keeping accurate inventory records are part of their daily routine. Additionally, they ensure the reliability of system backups, company phone systems, and computers. Our administrators are prepared to travel occasionally to remote sites and provide after-hours support remotely as needed, embodying our commitment to operational excellence and responsive service at IES.
