What duties do our Warehouse employees do at our IES Communications' Buckeye Branch?

At our branch in Buckeye, our employees in the fabrication warehouse manager position are responsible for managing profit and loss, forecasting and managing staffing needs, developing and managing internal orders, ensuring safety and quality in the warehouse, forecasting tooling needs, coordinating deliverables with operation teams, developing CAD/BIM programs for installation needs, managing installation schedules, and maintaining tooling and inventory management. Additionally, they are responsible for developing a national logistical delivery plan and other assigned responsibilities. Meanwhile, our materials operation specialists are responsible for packaging, labeling, and tagging warehouse inventory, completing daily activities such as receiving, shipping, stocking, auditing, and issuing materials, conducting inventory counts, entering material into the inventory database, maintaining warehouse quality, operating forklifts and company vehicles, and working in accordance with 5S organization and Lean principles. Our warehouse assistants are responsible for similar tasks, including packaging, labeling, and tagging inventory, completing daily activities, conducting inventory counts, entering material into the inventory database, maintaining warehouse quality, and operating forklifts and company vehicles.
