What duties do our Warehouse employees do at IES Communications' Ohio Branches?

At IES, our Ohio branches are seeking dedicated individuals for several key positions that keep our operations running smoothly. Our Fabrication Warehouse Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the warehouse, including managing staff, safety, quality, and tooling needs, while also developing programs to support installation needs and coordinating with Operations teams. The Materials Operation Specialist and Warehouse Assistant focus on the day-to-day handling of inventory—ensuring everything is properly packaged, labeled, and managed, from receiving to shipping, and maintaining the quality and accuracy of our stock through diligent logging and cycle-counts. They're instrumental in keeping our facilities organized following 5S and Lean principles, and they may operate equipment like forklifts to move goods efficiently. Meanwhile, our general Warehouse roles involve receiving and storing materials, fulfilling orders, operating warehouse equipment safely, and conducting regular inventory counts to maintain an efficient, safe working environment. Across these positions, we're looking for team members who can contribute to our commitment to excellence and efficiency in every task at our Ohio locations.
