What will you do as a Technical Manager at our IES Communications' Buckeye Branch?
As the Technical Manager at our Buckeye branch, your duties will include leading, mentoring, and guiding a team of technical experts to ensure cohesive teamwork and efficient project execution. Lastly, you will be responsible for developing a field staff training plan using IES and manufacturer training courses and certifications, coordinating ongoing communication between clients, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams, and conducting regular performance evaluations for team members.
