What will you do as a Recruiting Manager at our IES Communications' Aldie Branch?
As a Recruiting Manager in Aldie, you will work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to facilitate recruitment efforts, both for external and internal hiring. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, including job posting, job board procurement, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning. Your role will also involve identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization, managing the recruitment process and life cycle, and providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and the HR team. Additionally, you will use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs, as well as participate in employment events such as career fairs and college visits. This role may also involve developing specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regard to talent development or retention, as well as managing and guiding the development of corporate employment resources and using sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM systems to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
