What will you do as a Sales Account Manager at our IES Communications' Bluffdale Branch?
As Sales Account Managers at our branch in Bluffdale, it is our duty to ensure that sales development and closure align with the guidelines set by the company. We are responsible for managing the overall distribution of workload and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with industry and client stakeholders such as General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Consultants, Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Partners. Additionally, we are tasked with fostering positive internal relationships to promote team cohesion in a dynamic work environment. We are also responsible for overseeing and monitoring the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualification, proposal writing, bid preparation, proposal submittal, contracting, and closed sales turnover. Regular reporting on the status of sales to management and customers is essential, as well as reviewing and monitoring sales department goals and addressing any inconsistencies or corrections required. Furthermore, we act as the senior company liaison for sales interactions with customer representatives and actively participate or lead sales meetings and training sessions as needed.
