As Sales Account Managers in our Houston branch, our employees are responsible for ensuring that sales development and closure align with company guidelines. They manage the overall distribution of workload and establish and maintain relationships with industry and client stakeholders, such as General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Consultants, Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Partners, to build a successful book of business. Our employees also focus on fostering positive internal relationships to promote team cohesion in a dynamic work environment. They oversee and monitor the prospecting, qualification, proposal writing, bid preparation, proposal submittal, contracting, and closed sales turnover processes within the branch. Our Sales Account Managers provide regular reporting on the status of sales to management and customers, review and monitor sales department goals, and address any inconsistencies or corrections required. They also act as the senior company liaison for sales interface with customer representatives and actively participate or lead sales meetings and training sessions as needed. Additionally, they handle other assigned responsibilities and maintain regular attendance.
