In Texas, our IES branches are on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our finance team in two pivotal roles: Accounts Payable Manager and Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Manager role involves leading and improving our accounts payable processing functions, managing staff recruitment, training, and performance, as well as being the primary liaison for A/P and purchasing issues within local business units. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, including managing purchasing activities, processing payments timely, maintaining vendor relationships, and contributing to monthly financial closings. On the other hand, our Accounts Payable Specialists play a key role in handling vendor invoices, ensuring proper authorization and documentation, reconciling statements, and assisting with month-end closings. Both positions require a keen understanding of sales/use laws and an ability to contribute to job costing and financial analysis. Together, these roles support our commitment to financial accuracy and operational excellence across our Texas branches.
