What will you do as a Sales Account Manager at our IES Communications' Rio Rancho Branch?
The Sales Account Manager position in Rio Rancho is responsible for ensuring that sales are developed and closed according to company guidelines. This includes managing workload distribution and developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, and Manufacturers. The role also involves fostering positive internal relationships to promote team cohesion in a dynamic work environment. Additionally, the Sales Account Manager monitors the prospecting, qualification, proposal writing, bid preparation, proposal submittal, contracting, and closed sales turnover processes of the branch. They provide periodic reporting on status to management and the customer, review and monitor sales department goals and related issues, and act as the senior company liaison for sales interface with customer representatives. The Sales Account Manager may also participate in or lead sales meetings and training sessions as needed and perform other assigned responsibilities while maintaining regular attendance.
