On the other hand, the Office Support Manager will also analyze files and reports, maintain job books, and manage division support staff. They will be responsible for proactive reporting on billing, procurement, job openings/contracts, and document control. The Office Support Manager will also analyze and improve division processes and develop process flows. Both positions require experience, judgment, and flexibility to accomplish goals effectively.
