Our branch in Colorado Springs has openings for Junior and Senior Network Administrators. These employees will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software, as well as providing first and second level telephone support and problem resolution. They will also assist the IT team in server maintenance and provide remote IT support with remote control software, as well as identifying and resolving computer system malfunctions and operations problems. Additionally, they will be responsible for configuring network devices for new deployments and performing network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems, as well as providing users with network, PC, and software technical support.
