What will you do as a Safety Manager at our IES Communications' Aurora Branch?
As employees of our branch in Aurora, the Division Safety Manager, Regional Safety Manager, and Safety Manager are responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and programs at IES and client sites, as well as federal and state standards. They conduct safety audits, inspections, and investigations, develop safety action plans, deliver training, and maintain safety records. They also mentor stakeholders and uphold the IES Safety Culture. Travel may be required for business needs, and they may participate in OSHA or CAL/OSHA inspections as necessary.
