What will you do as an Office Manager at our IES Communications' Phoenix Branch?

Our branch in Phoenix is currently seeking candidates for two positions: Office Manager and Office Support Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for analyzing and researching files, spreadsheets, and reports, as well as maintaining job books and developing reports for manufacturer's rebates and certifications. They will also handle office supply ordering, property and materials assignment, and expense and mileage report evaluation. Additionally, the Office Manager will coordinate sales meetings and training, supervise the receptionist, and handle customer sales calls. The Office Support Manager will have similar responsibilities, including file analysis and maintenance, division support staff management, and proactive reporting on billing, procurement, and document control. They will also be responsible for process analysis and improvement, as well as process flow development. Both positions require experience, judgment, and flexibility to accomplish goals effectively.
