What will you do as a Safety Manager at our IES Communications' Mesa Branch?
Our branch in Mesa is seeking employees for three different safety management positions: Division Safety Manager, Regional Safety Manager, and Safety Manager. All three positions require a strong understanding and support of safety policies, procedures, and programs, as well as compliance with federal and state standards. Responsibilities include conducting safety audits and inspections, identifying potential hazards, developing safety action plans, delivering safety training, investigating incidents, and maintaining safety records and reports. The employees in these positions will also play a role in upholding the IES Safety Culture and supporting management. Travel may be required for business needs, and other responsibilities may be assigned.
