What will you do as a Strategic Accounts Director at our IES Communications' Glendale Branch?

As our Director of Strategic Accounts in Glendale, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Program Managers effectively manage and escalate any human resource issues according to company policies. You will also review their recommendations for Project Managers' performance ratings, promotions, and pay changes, providing guidance and mentoring to meet customer and company goals. Additionally, you will approve recommendations for subordinate PMs performance ratings, develop strategies for managing project profitability, and review all financial reporting to the customer and management. You will also be responsible for managing multiple scopes of work, participating in the bid process, ensuring compliance with company and client quality and safety policies, acting as a company liaison for customer interface, and implementing account process improvements. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
