What will you do as a Network Administrator at our IES Communications' Glendale Branch?
As our Junior and Senior Network Administrators in Glendale, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. You will also assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users, provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution, identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems, perform diagnostics of network issues, provide remote IT support with remote control software, support the IT team, and assist with server maintenance. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, responding to their needs and questions concerning their access to network resources, and performing network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems. You will also configure network devices for new deployments and assist with the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems. Other responsibilities as assigned.
