They also deliver safety training, investigate incidents, and maintain safety records and reports. The Safety Managers may participate in OSHA inspections and coordinate activities with management. These positions require a strong commitment to upholding the IES Safety Culture and mentoring stakeholders. Travel may be required for business needs.
