What will you do as a Quality Manager at our IES Communications' Chesapeake Branch?
As our Quality Manager in Chesapeake, you will work closely with the Director of Quality and Development to establish and maintain the company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications for all business units. You will define and train quality procedures to our team and operations staff, review reports to ensure customer requirements are met, and ensure manufacturers’ specifications are adhered to. You will proactively seek ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency, set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures, monitor performance, make suggestions for changes and improvements, and use relevant quality tools to ensure our managers and staff understand how to improve the business. Additionally, you will monitor our team to confirm we are working as effectively as possible, be a customer advocate, and mentor team members to achieve their professional and personal goals. Other duties as assigned.
