The Purchasing Administrator in our branch in Aldie is responsible for entering purchasing information into the accounting system, ensuring accurate GL codes, project numbers, and sales tax percentages. They also verify proper approvals, prepare and submit orders to vendors, receive order confirmations, validate taxable materials, research and resolve invoice/PO discrepancies, coordinate returns/credit memos, and assist with processing vendor returns by adjusting POs as required. Additionally, they self-manage their assigned workload and complete other responsibilities as assigned.
