What will you do as a Program Manager at our IES Communications' Austin Branch?

As employees of our branch in Austin, our Program Managers are responsible for leading and managing all aspects of low voltage projects. This includes ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. They collaborate with the Branch Manager, Division Manager, and VP of Operations to define the program vision and strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Our Program Managers also supervise and mentor a team of experts, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment. They coordinate communication between the Sales and Pre-Construction teams, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and establish strong relationships. Additionally, they develop project scope, budget, and resource plans, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards, and implement quality control measures. They also drive continuous improvement, communicate with stakeholders, and are accountable for business Key Performance Indicators. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
