The Junior Network Administrator in our Salem branch is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software, assisting IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users, providing first and second level telephone support and problem resolution, identifying and resolving computer system malfunctions and operations problems, performing diagnostics of network issues, providing support to the IT team, offering remote IT support with remote control software, and providing users with network, PC, and software technical support, among other duties. The Senior Network Administrator in our Salem branch ensures that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed, installs, configures, and maintains computers, networks, and related hardware and software, assists Helpdesk Administrators in preparing devices for end users, provides first and second level telephone support and problem resolution, identifies and resolves computer system malfunctions and operations problems, performs diagnostics of network issues, provides support to the IT team, offers remote IT support with remote control software, and provides users with network, PC, and software technical support, among other responsibilities.
