They're tasked with providing daily supervision and support to foster continuous improvement within the department. Our teams work closely with Human Resources to recruit, train, and manage our staff effectively, upholding the high standards set by company policies and procedures. Among their key responsibilities are reviewing contract job packages for accuracy, managing Preliminary Lien Notices, overseeing contract change orders, and maintaining contractor project files. They also ensure compliance with sales/use laws, directly contributing to the efficient setup of job systems. As primary points of contact on Contract Admin issues for IES local business units, they embody our commitment to fostering positive relationships across departments, with customers, and other external partners. Their leadership ensures that every team member meets personal performance standards, driving process improvements and facilitating the approval and signing of customer contracts.
