What will you do as a Strategic Accounts Director at our IES Communications' Raleigh Branch?

The Director of Strategic Accounts in our Raleigh branch is responsible for ensuring effective management of human resource issues by Program Managers, including escalation when necessary. They review recommendations for Project Managers' performance ratings, promotions, and pay changes and provide guidance and mentoring to Program Managers to meet customer and company goals. The Director approves recommendations for subordinate PMs performance ratings and also makes recommendations for subordinate Program Managers' performance ratings. They develop strategies for managing and monitoring project profitability, review financial reporting, and participate in the bid process. Additionally, they create strategies to ensure compliance with quality and safety policies, act as a liaison with customer representatives, and implement account process improvements. Other responsibilities may be assigned as well.
