What will you do as a Quality Manager at our IES Communications' Cedar Rapids Branch?

As the Quality Manager at our branch in Cedar Rapids, your main duties will involve working closely with the Director of Quality and Development to establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for all business units. You will be responsible for defining and training quality procedures to the team and operations staff, as well as reviewing reports to ensure customer requirements are met and manufacturers' specifications are adhered to. Additionally, you will proactively seek ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency, set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures, and monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing recommendations for changes and improvements. It will be crucial for you to utilize relevant quality tools to ensure managers and staff understand how to improve the business, while also mentoring team members to achieve both professional and personal goals. Lastly, as a customer advocate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our branch operates as effectively as possible.
