In our Columbus branch, our dedicated Fleet Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and growth of our business by meticulously planning vehicle acquisitions, overseeing maintenance with our partnered fleet management company, and developing strategies to keep fuel and repair costs within budget. They are instrumental in tracking vehicle utilization, conducting annual audits for vehicle replacement, managing relationships with key vendors, negotiating costs, addressing driver complaints, researching innovative solutions like EV technology, maintaining compliance with standards such as DOT and EPA, and fostering strong partnerships with our Safety and HR teams.
