What will you do as a Quality Manager at our IES Communications' Atlanta Branch?
The Quality Manager in our Atlanta branch works closely with the Director of Quality and Development to establish and implement the company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications across all business units. They define and train quality procedures to the team and operations staff, review reports to ensure customer requirements are met, and ensure manufacturers' specifications are adhered to. Additionally, they proactively seek ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency, set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures, monitor performance, make suggestions for improvements, and use relevant quality tools to enhance business operations. They also serve as a customer advocate, mentor team members, and perform other assigned duties.
