What will you do as a Service Technician at our IES Communications' Washington Branch?

As our employees in Washington, the Lead Service Technician assumes responsibility for effective performance and provides necessary training. They are responsible for adhering to Company and customer safety and quality guidelines, holding weekly safety meetings, and initiating performance-related communications. The Lead Service Technician also installs work area outlets, builds closets, and completes all IDC connections. They perform testing, troubleshoot fiber and copper cabling, and identify active voice or data circuits. Additionally, they complete all IES COMMUNICATIONS paperwork accurately and on time, while adhering to all quality and safety standards and regulations. The Services Technician, on the other hand, installs work area outlets, builds closets, and completes all IDC connections. They also perform testing, troubleshoot fiber and copper cabling, and identify active voice or data circuits. The Services Technician fully completes all IES COMMERCIAL paperwork accurately and on time, while adhering to all quality and safety standards and regulations. Both positions may be assigned additional responsibilities as needed.
