What will you do as a Service Technician at our IES Communications' Colorado Springs Branch?
As employees at our branch in Colorado Springs, the Lead Service Technician and Services Technician play crucial roles in ensuring effective performance and adherence to safety and quality guidelines. They both install work area outlets, terminate CAT 3 & CAT 5 jacks, mount face plates and surface mount boxes, and build closets with backboards, cross connects, racks, patch panels, and fiber optic hardware. They also test and troubleshoot cables, identify active voice or data circuits, and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time. Additionally, they adhere to all Company, customer, and industry standards and regulations, and fulfill any other assigned responsibilities.
