Our Communications Technician Level I focuses on foundational tasks such as installing work area outlets, routing cables, and building closets with a keen eye for detail and adherence to safety standards. Advancing to Communications Technician Level II involves more complex responsibilities including terminating CAT 3 & CAT 5 jacks, performing continuity tests, and leading project crews towards successful completion while maintaining quality and safety protocols. The Lead Communications Technician takes charge by running major project crews, coordinating closely with Project Managers to meet productivity and budget goals, conducting quality checks, and serving as the primary contact for customer queries. At the pinnacle, our Senior Lead Communications Technician oversees the entire project lifecycle from staffing and training to customer liaison, ensuring not only the technical precision but also the profitability and customer satisfaction of each project, embodying our commitment to excellence and effective communication at every level within our Los Angeles operations.
