What will you do as a Staff Accountant at our IES Communications' Scottsdale Branch?
Our branch in Scottsdale is currently seeking Senior Staff Accountants and Staff Accountants to join our team. The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and company policies, meeting financial reporting deadlines, reconciling fixed assets and general ledger accounts, resolving accounting discrepancies, and assisting with audits and month-end closing. They will also establish inventory and lease control procedures. The Staff Accountant will assist with journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and audits. They will also handle intercompany transactions, financial analysis, job cost transfers, and fixed asset maintenance. Both positions require strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and multitasking abilities.
